Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

To ensure we can accommodate your schedule, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance. If you are experiencing and appointment for the first time, a 75% deposit towards your appointment will be required to secure the appointment.  All appointments must be prepaid at the time of booking if you have visited us before. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Prepayments can be refunded or applied to another appointment. Any remaining balance must be used within 30 days of the scheduled appointment date. If not used within this period, it will be considered a “No show.” For cancellations made without 48 hours’ notice or a “No show,” a $30 administrative fee will be charged, and the appointment will be forfeited.
