Policy:
New clients residing here will have a scheduled phone consultation, typically lasting between 5 to 15 minutes. This allows us to introduce ourselves, understand your reasons for seeking therapeutic massage, and determine if I am the right therapist for you. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, and if I believe another approach would better suit your needs, I’ll happily refer within my network.
If you’re visiting for general maintenance, a phone consultation isn’t necessary.
However, if you’re experiencing specific acute pain and want to address it, a phone consultation can greatly benefit your session. Please feel free to text or call 808-463-0897, and I will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
To ensure we can accommodate your schedule, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance. If you are visiting for the first time, a 75% deposit towards your appointment will be required to secure the appointment. All appointments must be prepaid at the time of booking if you have visited us before. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Prepayments can be refunded or applied to another appointment. Any remaining balance must be used within 30 days of the scheduled appointment date. If not used within this period, it will be considered a “No show.” For cancellations made without 48 hours’ notice or a “No show,” a $30 administrative fee will be charged, and the appointment will be forfeited.
