Scheduling :
- We do our best to accommodate your preferred appointment times. To secure the best availability, we recommend booking in advance. All appointments must be prepaid at the time of booking, unless you and Daniel have agreed to a series of Weekly or Bi-weekly payment plan.
As part of our appointment scheduling process, we require card information to be provided and securely stored through our encrypted payment processing system at the time of booking. Card details will be safely stored, and an electronic agreement will be sent via email upon completion. Please inform us promptly of any updates to your card information or if you need to replace the card on file.
Late Arrival:
If you’re late for any reason, your appointment will be shortened to ensure that the next client’s appointment starts on time. If you arrive 50% or more into your scheduled time, it will be considered a no-call/no-show, and you’ll be responsible for paying the full amount for the originally scheduled appointment. In case of an emergency, please contact the office, and we may excuse your absence. We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes early and to stay in touch via email, text, or phone call if you need to reschedule or cancel. This also provides an opportunity for a quick chat about new bookings or specific requests.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client in need of care.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact the office as soon as possible. Emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
For cancellations made with at least 72 hours’ notice, any prepayment may be fully refunded or applied as a credit toward a future appointment. If you would like to rebook, please contact the office and we’ll be happy to help you schedule your next appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, are generally non-refundable. However, if we are able to fill your appointment time, you will receive a full refund.
