Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
- As part of our appointment scheduling process, we require card information to be provided and securely stored through our encrypted payment processing system. Card details will be safely stored, and an electronic agreement will be sent via email upon completion. Please inform us promptly of any updates to your card information or if you need to replace the card on file.
Scheduling:
- We do our best to accommodate your appointment times. To ensure the best appointment time, please consider booking in advance. All appointments will need to be prepaid in advance at the time of booking.
- If you have to cancel your appointment, please cancel 72 hours before your appointment. If you experience an emergency, please contact the office, and your appointment may be excused on a case-by-case basis. All prepayments will be refunded, or can be applied as a balance to your next appointment.
It is your responsibility to set up a new appointment within 30 days from your canceled appointment. If your balance is not used within 30 days, it will be considered a “No Show”.
To maintain fairness and availability for all clients:
- Second Reschedule: Allowed with a [fee] of $20 and has to be no longer than 5 days from the date/time of the appointment. (It will also be your responsibility to call or request and appointment online through the website)
– May require manager approval.
– Subject to availability and will only be allowed with a [fee] of $40
- If a cancellation is made without 72 hours notice, or is a “No Show”, the amount of your appointment will not be refunded,
Always communicate with us by phone, by text, or in an email. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to start on time.
