60 Min Craniosacral Massage Session
Focusing on the aspects of Craniosacral Therapy for rehabilitative care.
(The client remains clothed during the session. My touch is gentle and sustained, enabling me to “listen” to the different layers of the body. I closely observe your body’s responses. In addition, Follow-up calls after 24 to 48 hours from the appointment are part of the service to better proceed and re-evaluate the treatment plan and go over any other objectives that we will be working towards.

We’ll use hands-on techniques and verbal communication to address your pain concerns, whether acute (under three months) or chronic (six months or more). With your consent, we can also apply heat or cold compresses for relief, ensuring a tailored and precise approach. (If needed and by request only.)

90 Min Massage Session
Having more time will enable us to address various areas of discomfort, tenderness, swelling, or stiffness. This will allow us to work on different layers of muscle and apply targeted deep tissue techniques with a therapeutic approach. We can also use heat or cold packs for added comfort if you find it beneficial. I’ll be sure to check with you beforehand. Please note that if you’d like to schedule a longer therapeutic massage session, you’ll need to call or text the office directly at 808-463-0897.

Before and after each appointment, there will be an opportunity to discuss your massage and review functional mobility assessments. This helps us determine the best approach for your following sessions. (The intake form only needs to be completed before the first appointment or if there are any updates or changes.)

Policy:
New clients residing here will have a scheduled phone consultation, typically lasting between 5 to 15 minutes. This session allows us to introduce ourselves, understand your reasons for seeking therapeutic massage, and determine if I am the right therapist for you. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, and if I believe another approach would better suit your needs, I’ll happily refer you to a therapist within my network.
If you’re visiting for general maintenance, a phone consultation isn’t necessary.
However, if you’re experiencing specific acute pain and want to address it, a phone consultation can greatly benefit your session. Please feel free to text 808-463-0897, and we’ll respond by the end of the workday or by the upcoming Friday.
To ensure we can accommodate your schedule, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance. All appointments must be prepaid. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Prepayments can be refunded or applied to another appointment. Any remaining balance must be used within 30 days of the scheduled appointment date. If not used within this period, it will be considered a “No show.” For cancellations made without 48 hours’ notice or a “No show,” a $30 administrative fee will be charged, and the appointment will be forfeited.
